Thank you for visiting and taking an interest in my photography. I live and work in Durban, South Africa as a web and graphics designer and have always wanted to take up photography. In 2009 I enrolled in courses and began putting my lecturers teachings into practise. It has been an amazing journey and one of great excitement for me. Like design, you never stop learning when you are behind that camera. I truly love what I do and I hope it reflects in the pictures you'll see on my website

Xia’s aunt contacted me recently about a portrait shoot and we met on the beach one morning for a session. My first glimpse of Xia confirmed she was model material. Sixteen, full of fun and beautiful, she was also really, really, really tall! Probably my tallest female client to date. 
We had tons of fun getting to know each other and she really is such a sweetheart. My job is so awesome like that. I get to meet fun and happy people! Hope you enjoy her pictures.
Shane contacted me about doing a couple shoot for his girlfriend and himself as an anniversary gift. What a sweet gift! Shane decided he couldn’t make the decision by himself so the next day, I get a call from Preshanti who told me, “As you can see, Shane can’t keep a secret.” LOL. They took great care picking a location with me, they wanted it to be perfect. Preshanti told me she wanted to convey via the pictures the laughter and love of their relationship. Upon meeting them, I instantly liked them and what a great shoot we had. Hope you enjoy the pictures. Please do comment.
This was my second shoot that I did in Jo’burg this month. The Singh family are fun, easygoing people to hang around. Their daughter is a bundle of energy. In most instances we couldn’t get her to stay still. She also was very attached to a box of dental floss. How cute is that. You’ll see it in some of the pictures. I think its charming and adorable that she was in love with a box of floss. Something to look back on and show her on her 21st birthday or when she gets married. 
Its a joy to photograph children and to be able to remember their quirks during the shoot. It makes me feel like I’ve had a special experience. Every shoot is a joy when you enjoy the small things about it. I never get tired of the feeling.
